Meet the Mama behind the camera..

So nice to meet you! My name is Brooke Perkins, I'm 28, a wife and mother to 3 wonderful boys (Aidan, Ledger, and Jasper). Part of the meaning behind "Mama's Rugged Heart" is our 2nd son, Ledger, as he was a stillborn. This loss has given me a completely changed outlook on life, and how we live it. I've finally decide it was time to dive in and do what I've always been passionate about. In losing a child, I learned the hard way that photographs are really ALL we have left sometimes and can quickly become our most precious possessions. As a photographer, my goal is to provide families with their memories frozen in time, for a lifetime; whether happy or sad.
